Above the ketubah text is a landscape painting of the Mediterranean coastline of Israel at sunset. The bottom frieze depicts the Seven Species, the unique grains and fruit of the land Israel. The quote from the Song of Songs, “ I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine”, crowns the ketubah at the top.
